Breast of Turkey. The Breast is prepared by our butcher, rolled then stuffed with gluten free sage and onion stuffing which is mixed with our award winning sausagemeat, covered in our own dry cure smoked streaky bacon and tied ready for roasting in the oven.

This joint is low fat, tasty and easy to carve at the table.
